Ms. Vini Bhatia
Ms. Vini Bhatia is the founder and CEO of Vini Bhatia Academy. She is an accomplished educator and visionary leader with a deep passion for education, communication, and youth development. Her learner-first approach shapes everything the academy offers.
With over two decades of experience in schools, Ms. Bhatia has held roles including English Lab Incharge, House Mistress, Class Teacher, Head of English Department, Personal Project Coordinator, SAT Coordinator, and Curriculum Head for PYP and MYP.
She trained and taught more than 2,000 students on pronunciation, body language, and speech delivery. Her career combines rigorous academic credentials with genuine warmth for every learner she works with.

Where it began
The academy began with a simple, clear idea: to help teenagers express themselves better and prepare for the future. Ms. Vini Bhatia saw the gap between classroom learning and what students actually needed to thrive.
